Facilitating strategic plans for establishment, companies and institutions of civil society

Strategic planning is regarded as an optimal long term guarantee, and included in the meticulously detailed calculations of companies’ status quo considering it more comprehensive in addition to the internal and external changes. Strategic planning is designed to determine the target sections and segments as well as the development of available means, and to answer a bunch of questions concerning drawing guidelines or reformulating reality in the future, taking account of the futuristic vision of companies and the integral relationship between companies, institution and various activities, and between the institution and its environment. Strategic planning is also regarded as one of the basic elements of strategic management, yet it differs from traditional planning where it depends on foreseeing the future of companies not limiting itself to prediction and preparation for future.
